If you haven't, I really recommend it. It's brilliant. It originated in Germany, I think, but has been rolled out in the UK over the last couple of years. DAFNE stands for Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating, and it's transformed the way I treat my diabetes (type one). You learn about how to count carbohydrates and inject accordingly, and although I'm now on five injections a day (two shots of background insulin, rather than just the one), it's made my life much more flexible.
