Wendy is always one of our most popular chat room featured guests. As usual, the chat started early and Wendy's energy created a fun and fast-paced chat environment. The room filled up to about 30 participants, and most were very involved in the conversation. I have included the transcipt below in 2 parts, due to post length restrictions on the forum. I am also attaching a Word doc. Please feel free to comment on this conversation below!

Wendy Rapaport says to (08:53):

Becky1512 says to (08:55):
i just thought it would be helpful that was 4 1/2 years ago now
Gina says to (08:55):
Wendy i am p rivate messaging you
Becky1512 says to (08:56):
its so good to be able to talk to other parents that understand I really depend on everyone at CWD children with diabetes
bajanrick says to (08:56):
I have a question.I am not sure how the process works so forgive me if I am being rude. I have recently got my sugar readings under control and I am experiencing
sensations of anxiety. Has anyone else experienced such feelings and how were they treated?
Wendy Rapaport says to (08:56):
call your doctor and let him/her know that you are interested in meeting other families..you do a sleepover
kristaw says to (08:57):
good evening all
Gina says to (08:57):
bajanrick its probably because your blood sugars were high over a long period of time and the symptoms you feel are almost like a low
carseatmama says to (08:58):
kadie is 376!!! no rim or reason here
bajanrick says to (08:59):
its exactly like that. The doc refers to them as false hypos but they have been bothering me now for 12 mths
Gina says to (08:59):
We will officially start the chat in a few minutes
suzanne_una says to (08:59):
Gina and Dr. Wendy, thanks for doing this chat!
Wendy Rapaport says to (08:59):
yes, maybe it's the drop or change in the blood sugar
bajanrick says to (08:59):
and I think it is stating to effect m epsychologically to the point where there is a fear of these sensations
Wendy Rapaport says to (08:59):
pleasure to be here
Gina says to (09:00):
oh no bajanrick
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:00):
bajanrick..it is tough..but you can "decondition yourself" with awareness, relaxation, and changing your thoughts
bajanrick says to (09:01):
especially since when I test the readings are always fine...ok, is Xanax just a shortcut?
bajanrick says to (09:01):
my doc has recommended it
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:01):
using medication can work...but you also want to nourish being skillful..I think MEDICATION with THERAPY IS A BETTER combination
Jody says to (09:02):
Hello all...sorry I'm late
Gina says to (09:02):
Hi jody no problem
DiabeticDiva says to (09:02):
Hi everyone, Windy here
drewg says to (09:02):
i'm in my library and they're only surviving sugar Red Bull for finals week...now that's depressing.
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:02):
it is something like post traumatic stress...(not diagnosable...but the repetition of anxiety
drewg says to (09:02):
*Serving
Jody says to (09:03):
What about Yoga?
Jody says to (09:03):
I just started taking classes.....too much stress on the Blood Sugar?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:03):
visualize the success you feel drewg..over accomplishing and it being over!
Gina says to (09:03):
I used to have terrible anxeity
Gina says to (09:03):
anxiety
bajanrick says to (09:03):
I have been reluctant to take teh Xanax but I am growing tired....what is the best therapy?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:04):
Yoga is a good thing too..it lowers blood sugar in most cases for hours after
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:04):
Go to talk someone professionally..take a few sessions..I think every one with diabetes and certainly every mother ought to have a person in their corner
Jody says to (09:04):
I am a recent pump user and I'm still trying to figure out how to work that before classes so my BS doesn't plummet after
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:05):
Jody I think people sometimes disconnect the pump..eat a bit more..many options
Ellen4087 says to (09:06):
20 years ago when I was overwhelmed with my then 15 month old's new diagnosis, I went to a support group with Wendy S-Rapaport - and I still go to her groups!
Jody says to (09:06):
Wendy: Do you still run support groups for T1?
Gina says to (09:06):
I think that getting support when people are first dxd is crucial
Jody says to (09:06):
I used to attend them at UM when I was a new Dx and they worked WONDERS for me.
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:07):
group support is a great thing because you get great ideas from each other..and find that even though down, you can still help each other
Jody says to (09:07):
I wish I could find one for T1 adults
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:07):
Yes I do support groups still.. for th
Gina says to (09:07):
i wished when i was first dxd i had one
Gina says to (09:07):
jody where do you live?
Jody says to (09:07):
Now, I live near Ft. Lauderdale. I grew up in Kendall
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:07):
for those in Boca, there is one thursday nite at 7...we prob need a webcam to have you join us
Gina says to (09:08):
omgggg a webcam yes!!
drewg says to (09:08):
i get incredibly upset, to the point i don't sleep, about long term effects of the disease. should i stop thinking that these negative effects happen to EVERY diabetic? i can't
help but feel like that.
Gina says to (09:08):
then we can all join in on the fun
Gina says to (09:08):
drewg me too
Gina says to (09:08):
its a terrible feeling
Jody says to (09:08):
drewg: we all get that way at times :(
hsmerritt says to (09:08):
too often
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:08):
yes Drewg...be in charge of your thoughts (AFTER YOUSHARE THEM)...you are not a statistic and don't let fear steal your present joys from you
Gina says to (09:08):
i e ven got to the point where i just wanted to get the complications so that i would know i had them instead of wondering
Gina says to (09:09):
if i would get them
hsmerritt says to (09:09):
OMG ME TOO
kristaw says to (09:09):
i get to the point where i don't even want to get out of bed and go on with the rest of my day.
hsmerritt says to (09:09):
I lived half my life that way
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:09):
yes I think that you are all NORMAL...MY DIAGNOSIS
Jody says to (09:09):
I was told a few years back that I (luckily) passed the "danger" zone (after 20 years)
Gina says to (09:09):
it sucks
hsmerritt says to (09:09):
too late for normal
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:09):
BUT feelings should not dictate your behaviors
hsmerritt says to (09:09):
to late for that
KarenG says to (09:10):
I've had T1 for almost 30 years - but I still feel like I'm "broken". And a burden to my husband. I hate that
Gina says to (09:10):
yea
Jody says to (09:10):
It's sad when you've had it longer than you haven't
suzanne_una says to (09:10):
wendy, we can control our feelings with practice, right?
Becky1512 says to (09:10):
Ive read the book 50 secrets of the longest living people with diabetes by Sheri Colberg and Steven Edelman its a fantastic book about people living for up to 80 years
with type 1 diabetes
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:10):
it is the amoujnt of obsessing that gets us into trouble
hsmerritt says to (09:10):
I am a burden to my husband
hsmerritt says to (09:10):
I think he likes it
Gina says to (09:10):
lol sorry i had to laugh
Jody says to (09:10):
hs: I bet your husband doesn't think so
hsmerritt says to (09:10):
I think we agree diabetes is a friggin' burden for ALL
drewg says to (09:10):
i feel very different in terms of when i got it. i got it when i was in 10th grade and in terms of genetics only my great uncle (who i never even met) had it. i felt like i was cursed haha
Jody says to (09:11):
He would not have married you if he thought you were a burden
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:11):
Yes, you can control feelings with giving them acknowledgement...and then decide not to be ruled by negativity
hsmerritt says to (09:11):
I'm so negative
Gina says to (09:11):
drewg omg you have all the feelings i had
Gina says to (09:11):
cursed
hsmerritt says to (09:11):
heehee
hsmerritt says to (09:11):
how long has drew gad this
Jody says to (09:11):
we are "special" not cursed! (keep repeating that!)
drewg says to (09:12):
i was diagnosed 1/15/05. so 4 years.
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:12):
stay loving..and you will be loveable...and allow all the negativity to come out in sessions like this..or in groups..or with the therapist
Gina says to (09:12):
wendy some of us are stubborn and dont want to go to a therapist
hsmerritt says to (09:12):
Oh, a newbie. Hang tough.
Gina says to (09:12):
then what
KarenG says to (09:12):
or the thought of therapy is scary
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:13):
Sometimes the adjustment to diabetes happens many times over the course of your lives..when you initially get it..maybe when you go off from your family...get
Jody says to (09:13):
Wendy: You helped me through those first years. I don't know what I would have done without "Group"
hsmerritt says to (09:13):
Igroup therapy or 1 on 1?
Gina says to (09:13):
or the thought of therapy making you feel like you are more crazy
Jody says to (09:13):
HS: what makes you more comfortable?
drewg says to (09:13):
i know people will probably scream at me a lot for this...but do any other people drink a lot?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:13):
married...have a baby..different adjstments
JorjGaidin says to (09:13):
Wendy: is depression common amongst diabetics? How common is it?
Jody says to (09:13):
What works for one may not another
hsmerritt says to (09:13):
about what?
Gina says to (09:13):
drewg I dont drink that much anymore
Jody says to (09:13):
HS: "counseling"
bajanrick says to (09:13):
I drink sometimes to avoid anxiety
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:14):
Is the drinking related to your age group (college) or are you USING it as way to cope..to escape
drewg says to (09:14):
um..ive been drinking since 7th grade.
drewg says to (09:14):
i do it because i enjoy it.
drewg says to (09:14):
i enjoy the social aspect, i do it with my family, my friends, i enjoy having parties.
Ellen4087 says to (09:14):
I'd also like to share that approximately 1 in 10 persons with type 1 diabetes also have celiac - often undiagnosed. Untreated celiac can also present with depression,
lethargy...If you haven't been checked for it, ask your doctor to check
hsmerritt says to (09:14):
I find support from a lot of different sources but there's no doubt that this disease is isolating.
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:14):
a therapist becomes a safe "friend"...even though they are professional..your secrets are safe with them
Gina says to (09:14):
HS i agree
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:14):
hsmerritt...who is doing th
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:15):
isolating?
suzanne_una says to (09:15):
ellen, you are so right! we are at risk for lots of autoimmune disorders that can zap us of energy
hsmerritt says to (09:15):
huh? I'm sorry I can't multi-task...
Jody says to (09:15):
I try going to the Gym which is energizing and tiring at the same time....
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:15):
but remember that being at risk..it's all treat
Gina says to (09:15):
you feel different than everyone else you know
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:15):
able
kristaw says to (09:15):
what do you do if you can not afford therapy?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:15):
depression and anxiety are so treatable
hsmerritt says to (09:16):
I question that.
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:16):
Kristaw there are often clinics with sliding scales
Gina says to (09:16):
kristaw you try to find group support that is free i would assume
kristaw says to (09:16):
thank you
Jody says to (09:16):
kristaw: talks like this :)
Eleanor Hoh says to (09:16):
Wendy, does food affect diabetics? Of course sugar. I am on cusp of type2 but eat so well, my doc is amazed.
kristaw says to (09:16):
thank you
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:16):
and there are "recovery" groups which are free
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:16):
many support groups are free..check with your med team
hsmerritt says to (09:16):
So much trial and error involved...like trying on jeans.
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:17):
the groups are healing...even if not lead by a therapist
Jody says to (09:17):
keep looking and you will find the right fit
Gina says to (09:17):
jody yes!
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:17):
or create one yourself
Jody says to (09:17):
I'm still looking
Gina says to (09:17):
or have them made lol
Jody says to (09:17):
How do you go about creating a group?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:17):
and don't
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:17):
don't look for "perfect
hsmerritt says to (09:18):
Draw people in with promises of treats.
Jody says to (09:18):
lol
Gina says to (09:18):
wendy, perfect is my middle name
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:18):
yes, food works
Gina says to (09:18):
its so hard with this damn disease
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:18):
t
Gina says to (09:18):
i want to be perfect
hsmerritt says to (09:18):
good luck with that
Jody says to (09:18):
sometimes you just have to laugh
Gina says to (09:18):
it drives me crazy
hsmerritt says to (09:18):
as it should
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:18):
tell your med team you want to start one and begin with another person
KarenG says to (09:18):
me too Gina, I feel everything has to be perfect & am mad at myself when it's not
Jody says to (09:19):
I "know" people online but finding "in person" people is HARD
hsmerritt says to (09:19):
what a horrible way to live!!
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:19):
You can want to be perfect..and then adjust...let go..and find peace with reality
Gina says to (09:19):
so the way i rebel is not checking or taking insulin
hsmerritt says to (09:19):
what pressure!!!
Gina says to (09:19):
its horrible
karend1 says to (09:19):
anxiety meds worked great for me on effexor for years but I gained 20 lbs. but i need something, any suggestions?? zoloft??
Gina says to (09:19):
i would rather not see the numbers at all
hsmerritt says to (09:19):
Self punishment is so easy with diabetes
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:19):
Gina you have to rebel...but do it with words..throw things
Jody says to (09:19):
Gina: don't put your health in danger to rebel
Gina says to (09:19):
i dont do that anymore
drewg says to (09:19):
there was an episode of itnervention on A&E where the guy didnt check his numbers or take his insulin and just ate everything in sight. i couldnt watch for more than 2 minutes.
hsmerritt says to (09:19):
Amen
Gina says to (09:20):
drewg thats how i used to be in 2005
Jody says to (09:20):
Dangerous
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:20):
antidepressants like effexor and zoloft work so well with anxiety and are not addicting...(and then you have to go to weight watchers
hsmerritt says to (09:20):
agreed
Jody says to (09:20):
Slippery slope....I have enough problems with weight without MORE meds to add to it
hsmerritt says to (09:20):
this is my first chat room and I'm really having a pretty good time.
Gina says to (09:20):
wendy thats the whole other side of it... self image when you are healthy you gain weight from insulin etc.. and you know us women
DiabeticDiva says to (09:21):
What are some good, practical questions to ask your doctor if you suspect you may be suffering from symptoms of depression, Wendy?
karend1 says to (09:21):
does zoloft cause weight gain as well??
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:21):
sometimesanxiety and depression are situational...but sometimes it's genetic...take a look at your families
Gina says to (09:21):
then its so easy to get back into a horrible pattern
Ellen4087 says to (09:21):
When you eat more calories than you burn you gain weight - it's not the insulin that causes it.
hsmerritt says to (09:21):
I think Ihave both
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:21):
diabetic diva...you make a good point...your doctor should be asking you!
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:21):
If you have t
rpederse says to (09:21):
Everyone in my immediate family deals/has dealt with depression
karend1 says to (09:21):
i know for sure my depression is chemical imbalance of my brain
drewg says to (09:21):
i BLEW up when i was given my first medication in 2005...i cant remember what it was but it was 2 vials and i had to eat an exact amount of carbs and 3 meals a day.
once i went to the novolog pen and lantus i lost a ton of weight.
DiabeticDiva says to (09:22):
I saw mine yesterday and let him know of all my concerns (extreme fatigue, emotional, etc.) We started with a lot of blood work... I have a follow up next week
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:22):
trouble with concentrating, overeating or undereating, oversleeping or undersleeping are some signs
Jody says to (09:22):
that's why I went on the pump (partially)
Jody says to (09:22):
still working on that
DiabeticDiva says to (09:22):
Want to be prepared at the follow up with info.... I am hypothyroid too.
Gina says to (09:22):
i have a love/hate relationship with diabetes
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:22):
being tired from high blood sugars..is just that...but you feel depressed and the INTERVENTION is controlling the blood sugar..sometimes people need the assist of meds
Gina says to (09:22):
sometimes i am totally fine
Gina says to (09:23):
others i am ready to throw my pump out the window
karend1 says to (09:23):
gina i have no love for diabetes
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:23):
but don't deprive yourself of the fourth member of the team which is the emotional aspect
hsmerritt says to (09:23):
well said
Gina says to (09:23):
me neither
Gina says to (09:23):
figure of speech i guess lmao
Jody says to (09:23):
I have accepted my Diabetes but that doesn't mean I don't want it gone!
Jaimieh says to (09:23):
I think we all get frustrated at one point or another
rpederse says to (09:23):
i suppose somebody somewhere loves diabetes :)
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:23):
hypothyroid...as celiac..also untreated leads to depression..TEMPORARY DEPRESSION...
Gina says to (09:23):
yea PHARMA COMPANIES
hsmerritt says to (09:24):
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
karend1 says to (09:24):
i just hate when my high bgs are caused by a bad site
hsmerritt says to (09:24):
Bravo for that comment!
Gina says to (09:24):
karend me too
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:24):
yes you have to allow yourself to feel negative feelings..just dont stay there
karend1 says to (09:24):
and you don't believe it is a bad site for days
Jody says to (09:24):
karen: I had a whole day of those because of that
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:24):
i think EXERCISE is the best for reducing anxiety and depression
hsmerritt says to (09:24):
endorphines
Gina says to (09:24):
wendy what are somethings we can do on our own to calm ourselves down?
karend1 says to (09:24):
it is wendy but the work involved with exercise
DiabeticDiva says to (09:25):
I take levothyroxine every day, but truly believe it's not doing it's job..... is it possible even if blood work comes back "normal" that issues could still lie with the
hypothyroid?
Gina says to (09:25):
without therapy
JIMBOB48 says to (09:25):
IS ADDISONS AND DIABETES A BAD COMBO FOR DEORESSION
KarenG says to (09:25):
But how do you motivate youself to exercise when you want to curl up in a ball and cry?
Jody says to (09:25):
What also gets me is being in a bad mood and a family member blaming the BS not just a normal bad mood
Gina says to (09:25):
aww Karen
Jaimieh says to (09:25):
if you can make it through first 5-8 minutes of exercise, mood change will kick in to continue
hsmerritt says to (09:25):
I cry and work out sometimes.
Gina says to (09:25):
really?
hsmerritt says to (09:26):
tyup
Gina says to (09:26):
i feel so much better during exercise
Jaimieh says to (09:26):
I cry, get mad, get frustrated but once I start 5-8min in I am good
hsmerritt says to (09:26):
Sometimes I hate it the whole time
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:26):
it is important for you to check out your bad mood yourself..by checking out your blood sugars...if they are normal..then know you are mad a t something
rpederse says to (09:26):
exercise isn't really hard....it's starting an eercise session that's really tough for me
karend1 says to (09:26):
I am just tired of being sad
hsmerritt says to (09:26):
I hate the qualification process
Gina says to (09:26):
I noticed when my BS is not high all day i feel great
Jody says to (09:26):
But the family doesn't always believe that
karend1 says to (09:26):
thinking of returning to the fat and happy effexor queen
hsmerritt says to (09:27):
BS effects me like clockwork
Ellen4087 says to (09:27):
Why does the family have to believe it?
DiabeticDiva says to (09:27):
Finding an exercise partner who will encourage you and keep you accountable helped me. =)
Gina says to (09:27):
so lately I have been just trying to keep my BS in good range
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:27):
try not to be insulted at someone pointing out your bad mood...use POSITIVE REFRAMING..."i FEEL SO LOVED THAT YOU ARE NOTICING ME
hsmerritt says to (09:27):
seriously?
DiabeticDiva says to (09:27):
me too Karen
Jody says to (09:27):
Ellen: I like to be considered normal SOMETIMES :o)
Gina says to (09:27):
diabeticdiva yesss me and my hubby workout together its a good feeling to have a push in the butt lol
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:28):
YOU ARE NORMAL...YOUR PANCREAS HAS A PROBLEM
Gina says to (09:28):
hahahaha
Jaimieh says to (09:28):
haha love that
Gina says to (09:28):
pancreatically challenged
Jody says to (09:28):
LOL
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:28):
CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK..FIRST SAY "....." AND THEN MOVE FORWARD. I ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO CURSE..UNDER THEIR BREATH OF COURSE
Gina says to (09:29):
WTF!!!!!
DiabeticDiva says to (09:29):
or screaming into your pillow, haha
karend1 says to (09:29):
it is the long hours of high bgs that do me in, when they won't go down
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:29):
wtf..don't forget my famous 'faux pas"
Gina says to (09:29):
lol
Jaimieh says to (09:29):
lol gina
Gina says to (09:30):
i think we should all scream out a curse word
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:30):
accept the resistance of blood sugars not going down...and connect with omeone to talk it out..it happens, diabetes happens

DiabeticDiva says to (09:30):
better than cancer ? ;)
drewg says to (09:30):
does anyone fear corrupt, greedy pharmacutical companies slowing down cure development?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:30):
up the dead battery in the brain
hsmerritt says to (09:30):
I DO! I DO!

DiabeticDiva says to (09:31):
Wendy.... do all anti depressent meds make you feel out of it?
DiabeticDiva says to (09:31):
I don't want to feel drugged or in the clouds....
Gina says to (09:31):
when i was in a bad depression they prescribed lexapro
Gina says to (09:31):
i never took it
DiabeticDiva says to (09:31):
but I'm open to trying if it will help
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:32):
no, when you hit the right antidepressant..or sometimes combo prescription..you should feel so much better..less obsessing
hsmerritt says to (09:32):
I've tried almost everything at one point or other
Gina says to (09:32):
i just let it sit on my dresser and i talked to it at night and said I DONT NEED YOU!
hsmerritt says to (09:32):
Did you feel better?
Gina says to (09:32):
yea
Jaimieh says to (09:32):
Wendy what do you think of an anti-depressant reducing a person's GSH (glutathione, bodys master antioxidant)
rpederse says to (09:32):
FWIW....I've been on a number of antidepressants over the years....and never been on one that felt like ANYTHING in the short term
hsmerritt says to (09:32):
that's cool
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:32):
it doesn't have to be permanent when you take a medication..sometimes it is..
rpederse says to (09:32):
the benefit for me is longer term
karend1 says to (09:32):
what do you use Gina?
Gina says to (09:32):
karend for what? im sorry i missed it
karend1 says to (09:33):
effexor is permanent the withdrawal was a nightmare
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:33):
yes you have to wait a long enough period..sometimes 3 weeks or more to feel better with medication...but meanwhile you need to be talking and exercising
karend1 says to (09:33):
i thought you screamed at a drug and said I don't need you??
Gina says to (09:33):
i did
Gina says to (09:33):
lexapro
Gina says to (09:33):
lol
DiabeticDiva says to (09:33):
If this is what my endo recommends will he refer me to a psychologist?
bajanrick says to (09:34):
how did Lexapro feel Gina?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:34):
what feels badly to you about needing a drug? it is not a weakness..like the pancreas needing insulin from the outside..sometimes
Gina says to (09:34):
i never took it
hsmerritt says to (09:34):
ha
Gina says to (09:34):
I used the jedi mind trick lol
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:34):
if your doctor doesn't refer you...ask him/her..i would be happy to talk to
bajanrick says to (09:34):
ok, I have read some bad reviews...what is that trick?
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:34):
any psychologist or social worker as a consultant
Gina says to (09:35):
I saw a pyschologist that specialized in diabetes as well as a social worker
hsmerritt says to (09:35):
nice touch
Gina says to (09:35):
i never talked about my feelings before i met them
karend1 says to (09:35):
i have a draw full of sample lepraxo, but I don't want to be fat
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:35):
gina what did you find helpful
met says to (09:35):
hello to al
met says to (09:35):
all
hsmerritt says to (09:35):
Hey AL!
bajanrick says to (09:35):
lexapro makes you gain weight?
Gina says to (09:35):
Wendy i found it helpful that I finally got my feelings out
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:35):
not everyone gains weight..with meds..and when you feel better..you have more energy to insist to yourself to exercise...and then you fall in love at the gym
Gina says to (09:36):
that i never talked about to anyone
Gina says to (09:36):
well except ELLEN LOL LOL
met says to (09:36):

Wendy Rapaport says to (09:36):
yes, we hide things that we feel we are the only one feeling..resentment, hostility, etc..theyy are in the NORMAL range of adjustment and life
Gina says to (09:37):
that was the whole burden thing we were talking about before
Jody says to (09:37):
Why does normal NOT feel so normal
Gina says to (09:37):
i never wanted to burden anyone with the way i felt
Wendy Rapaport says to (09:37):
