Breakfast this morning was a chocolate flavored protein shake. 2 scoops of protein powder, 1/2 scoop of fiber powder, 9 oz of water, and a teaspoon of flax oil all mixed in the blender. Took about 5 minutes to prepare, drink, and rinse out the blender. This was followed by a detox tea which I am still sipping on. Next meal is in 4-6 hours. I am thinking chicken salad.
