What was your funniest diabetic moment? If you never had a low, tell us something funny that happend to you.

Ok so one time at my diabetes camp our cabin was walking back to our cabin from dinner and all of the sudden my bloodsugar dropped very low. I started saying alot of random things and yelling at some male counselors how hot i thought they were. I didnt even remember doing it untill my cabin leader told me later on. LOL!

What is your favorite snack to treat a low?

peanut Butter on orange crackers or granola bars

Hey Im Julie. Im 17 years old and im a senior in highschool. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes oct 4 1998. so its almost been 10 years now. i go to the most amazing diabetes camp ever! Camp Kudzu! i love it so much i wish i could live there. But when im in the "real world" i like to hang out with my amazing friends, do 4-H, drama club, habitat for humanity, life teen, and so much more. Im always looking to make new friends so just leave me a comment or find me in the chatroom as Sugarchallenged.
