i was 4 yer old when i had diabetes doc say was flu but was more then a flu but now i find out on my fourth b'day i was so sick i can not eat or drink at all but they say you a diabetes type 1 now i have it for life to came. l

i was little baby i lost my dad he said to three little word "not my kid"

i was little i lost my mum she had a blood clake she pass away age 26 now i live with my nana now i hate my life that is true it get me upset when talk about mum at all :(

Since my last post i have been taken off my pump and was told it was unsafe since i wasnt looking after myself. I am not on 4 needles a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night. The pump was great yes but the longer i had it i found the i got lazier, i knew it would do the things i needed it too and i stopped caring. Since being back on the needles i have found that was exactly what i needed and i havent had a problem yet. I think it is up to person choice and lifestyle, i was on 5 needles a day when i first got diabetes and i hated it, the pump was amazing at that stage. How do u find having to do the 5 needles?
