I hesitate to tell you east coast folks, but here goes.... The weather here in Northern California has been spectacular, and I've spent the last two days hiking in the mountains with my two wonderful boys. The more time I spend out hiking, the better I feel. Since beating (type two) diabetes two months ago (no more medication), I've been focused on whipping the fibromyalgia into submission. I'm having great success. Like I said... things couldn't be better. Hope things are going well with you and your cool career. - Craig
