I once ate the whole contents of our office 'fridge when working in London. There was nothing sweet, so I just ate the whole lot to be on the safe side. Please note, I'm not a big bloke, it took some eating!

Thanx for your message - i feel better now havin one friend on this site!!!! ì was feelin like norma no mates!!!!! am sittin here in 34 degrees - cant get motivated at all in this ol heat so i am only fit for tappin on my computer! i have had diabetes for nearly 8 years now - a nasty shock although my dad had it so it was in the genes obviously -manage it reasonably well but its a bit of a bugger at times! and i get a bit down with the thought of it! mind u am quite lucky that the italian food is reasonably good!Here's a nice wee recipe with green lentils if u fancy it! sounds not nice but is actually really nice!!! try it!!
boil up some green lentils - (about 20 mins) i add carrots and somethin
g like green beans or broccoli with them- u can add any ol veg that u like!!!!
fry up some red onion add in a tin of tomatoes and the greeen lentils and veg and then throw in some chicken or tuna or whatever meat u like - let it all cook up for a while with a splash of olive oil leave it to settle for about 15 mins then grate a bit of cheddar cheese or parmesan! its v nice and even better if theres any leftover the next day!! its re i think reasonably healthy for us ! well will b in touch pet take care
