I just read your homepage sorry I thought you lived in USA. CDE = Certified Diabetes Educator, probably what you have is the equivalent.
From the little I read it sounds like what I learned years ago from my CDE.

- What type are you? Or you can write that you have a friend or relative with diabetes.
- Type 1, diagnosed in 1983, when I was 10 years old
- What is your blood sugar right now?
- 8 (in UK speak, not sure what that is in the USA)
- What was your funniest diabetic moment? If you never had a low, tell us something funny that happend to you.
- When I was about 12, I had an interview to get accepted into a school, but I had a hypo half-way through. Rather than just slumping to the floor, I started shooting the head teacher with an imaginary machine gun. Not good. But I somehow got into the school anyway!
- What is your favorite snack to treat a low?
- Mars Bar
- What kind of treatment are you on?
- Insulin injections, 5 times a day, Novorapid before meals and Lantus Glargine as a background, twice a day. It's a really flexible regime, though, 'cos if I want to eat an extra snack I just do an extra jab.
