We are leaving on our 17 hour flight Tuesday, June 10. We should be back mid July. Preparing for this adventure has been an experience. My husband retired and our insurance changed June 1st. I tried therapy which is exercising, which I do every day when I can, it doesn't relieve the pain. There's also cortisone shots which we know will cause another burden...fighting high bs. I'm on pain killers which were recently changed. So I'll continue with pain killers which helps at times. Thank you for your concern Susan.

Doing well and have decided to have the spinal operation for my Spinal Stenosis.
