Breakfast this morning was a chocolate flavored protein shake. 2 scoops of protein powder, 1/2 scoop of fiber powder, 9 oz of water, and a teaspoon of flax oil all mixed in the blender. Took about 5 minutes to prepare, drink, and rinse out the blender.
This was followed by a detox tea which I am still sipping on. Next meal is in 4-6 hours. I am thinking chicken salad. Cage-free boneless skinless organic chicken breasts, organic veggies: lettuce, baby spinach, shredded carrots, sliced onions, crushed garlic, sliced mushrooms (grilled in olive oil), black pepper, tomatoes, and an olive oil dressing (no vinegar on this cleanse). Maybe even some sliced jalepenos for a little kick.
I will try to update this as often as possible.
