- Gee, I take this low stuff too seriously. Many have been embarrassing & awkward. A lot I don't remember. There was one about 15 years ago when I was alone at home. Lost track of things, blacked out, woke up much later on the floor. Weeks pass and the phone bill comes. During the low I had called the phone number my parents last had about another 15 years earlier. After another low, it was reported to me by a friend that I had been running & jumping into piles of snow in a parking lot while yelling "Snow" in a high-pitched voice.

I'm SINGIN' in th RAIN
hello all.
I'm just another type 1 diagnosed in Oct 66. Have a job, and car, and a nice place to live, and family & friends, and reasonable amount of happiness with myself and the life I live.
Diabetic stuff: tons of laser burns (mostly in the 1990's) to keep my eyes working, MM pump user since 2000. Living kidney transplant from my sister Cindy in Nov 2005. We talked on the phone earlier this evening. No steroids in the drug protocol I use. MM sensors & transmitter for… Continue
